So I just thought of a question recently about dividend investment. basically I wondered for companies that do pay dividends is there really any benefit to the company paying out dividends. like does it start to reach a point for a company that is paying out dividends it essentially becomes more of a goodwill thing for investors and doesn’t actually benefit profitability of the company itself over time?
