Do 401k contributions reduce the amount of unemployment you would get?

I currently have a years worth of expenses for my emergency fund, have maxed out my Roth IRA contribution this year and am putting 50% of paycheck into 401k until I hit my company s match limit then I will contribute to a Roth instead of 401k.

I am concerned that I might lose my job in the next year or two. Would putting 50% of paycheck affect my unemployment if I were to be laid off?
