Dividend Portfolio Advice

Hi all,

So, I maxed out my I-series bonds investment for the year and was looking to invest $10k into dividend stocks / REITs / ETFs. Was considering dividing it up into SCHD, SCHP, QYLD, and O. Are there any tickers I should add? Any I should remove? Also, what percentage should I invest into each..?
