Direct Registration of Assets

I will simply tell you how I feel and would like to hear your thoughts.

I don't think there is any other piece of property you leave in someone else's name.

Imagine buying, not leasing, a car but leaving it in the dealer's name?

Assets are to grow wealth and if I want to lend my shares it should be up to me. I should benefit from lending my property.

Imagine owning a house but someone else collects rent from the tenant.
