Did $TWTR just become a BUY?

Bloomberg is reporting Musk has gotten rid of the margin loan component of the financing for the Twitter buy-out.

I was hesitant to buy $TWTR ahead of the deal due to the limited upside and, well, it being Musk who is conducting the takeover. I thought that, so long as there was a risk of Musk losing control over Tesla, he would never go ahead with the takeover of Twitter. However, now that the margin loan component has been replaced by straight equity financing, there is no real risk of Musk losing control over Tesla if he goes ahead with the deal and $TSLA tanks. In other words, I think this development significantly increases the probability of Musk going ahead with the deal. $TWTR is up 5 percent after-hours on the news but still 39% below the buy-out price of $54.20. Is it now a buy?
