They revised their earnings estimate from 2.8->3.8, I feel like they over shot expectations and now the company is going to be set up failure on such a large expectations come this Friday. My expectation is that XOM reports a 3.5 – 3.7 earnings and won't meet the outlandish expectations. I'm disappointed, I was looking into this quarter's record breaking financial reports for XOM but its pretty much going to be watered down at this point unless they hit a 4 EPS on earnings.
