Convert Compound Return into Annualized Return

Is there an easy way to convert compound returns into annualized? For example, if one stock went up 200% over the past 5 years, how much is that annually? Before, I used to divide 200 / 5 = 20% annually but my calculation was wrong. Any help is appreciated!!
