I use WeBull and I owned a share of GSK which recently spun off into HLN and GSK. In my account I received a share of HLN at around $7 but I did not get any shares of the original company GSK, and it shows that I lost $40 on the stock. I could be wrong but I believe that I was supposed to receive part of the original company as well as the new company (HLN).
Could anyone help me understand what might be going on here? I contacted WeBull support and they confirmed that there was not an issue but something seems wrong.
