I got one for you guys XCUR, outstanding shares are 108 million and there's a large % of institutional and insider holders. They got beaten down a month ago and have been on the come back, old management was fired, staff cut and expenses cut to the tune of 6 million and they paid off a 10 million dollar loan in December 21. Today this showed some resilience on the down market. I own 50K shares and I think it's on sale. Ultra Calls said he owned 2 million shares as of yesterday and has stated he's looking to double his position to 4 million. Check it out and they have drugs in the pipeline and cash of .69/share, currently trading at .17/share.
