Chances Jetblue/Spirit merger gets approved by the DOJ?

Today, projections were released by JetBlue that seem to contradict their promise of maintaining low fares in a post-merger landscape. “Internal calculations accidentally revealed in documents that were not properly redacted”

“Even before the government lawsuit, lawyers for about two dozen consumers sued JetBlue and Spirit SAVE, -6.19% last November in U.S. district court in Boston, claiming that the merger would reduce competition and lead to higher prices.”

Today, this information came to light, which seems to endorse what antitrust parties against the case are fearful of. This definitely hurts the case for the acquisition, I’m curious to hear how y’all think this plays out.
