Almost all brokerage premarket are down because of reverse split happening today.. but there's activities happening of buying and selling, how's this possible?
It shows people selling and buying on level 2 order book, are these only for institutions or theres a brokerage allowing this to happen? I want to buy/sell as well.. any idea or educational comments be helpful!
