Car parts, solar panes and battery could get banned under US law on Chinese forced labor

Looks like US is taking it up a notch and we could see forced labor law getting applied very loosely to reduce US dependence on Chinese imports. Bets on publicly traded companies winners and losers? Could TSLA get impacted by this?
