My partner trades stocks and is doing pretty well. I have some money in my brokerage account that I would like him to manage. I would give him my password to login and do the trading and won't be paying him anything for doing it.
He doesn't have a license so I am wondering if it is legal for him to do it or how we could do it without him getting a license. Any help is appreciated!
