Can I trade stocks daily one account less then 25k when I have another brokerage account with more then 25k?

I was interested in trying out some daily trading. Most of my networth is all set up in a brokerage account. I don’t feel like withdrawing from my account since taxes would be to much on my capital gains.

Now let’s say I open an account with robinhood with 5k can I still trade daily without meeting the standard of having 25k in an account? Or would I need 25k in my robinhood account to trade daily?
