Can I sell my stocks now and write off losses for years?

Last year, I paid an obscene, crushing, devastating amount of taxes on gains. This year, well, I'm down about 10 13 years, meaning it would take me 10 13 years of steady gains starting right now to recover from how badly I'm down. And that doesn't include the expense of inflation, devaluing my money going forward.

This game is rigged, from the stock market to the even holding cash, there is just no way to escape market manipulation or currency value tampering, and I'm tired of trying. I'm tired of working, tired of investing, tired of saving, tired of budgeting. Tired of all of it. Is there a way to just get out of this game and spread the loss over time to reduce my income tax burden? I just don't see a way to recover from this bullshit at all within any sort of practical, meaningful to my life, timeframe.
