Can brokers sell your stocks without consent even though you are not using margin?

A particular stock appears to be going through another frenzy and I'm concerned if my broker is allowed to sell it without my consent, even though I am not using margin. My stock is in a TFSA with RBC so I cannot direct register to Computershare like everyone else is doing.

Will I be okay if the stock goes parabolic again, no matter how high it goes? I don't want to face a force sell from my broker because they don't want to pay me phone number levels of profit.

You can infer what stock I am talking about and I don't care to hear your thoughts on it. I just want to know if my broker can screw me over.
