Can anyone explain why my completed order is not showing on Time and Sales? Bought stock for $7.10 at 7:09 AM, never showed on Time and Sale

I placed a limit order at 7:09 AM, EST for $7.77 just to do this particular check. It filled instantly at $7.11 at 7:09 AM.

Time and Sales, as of 7:45 AM, is still not displaying this order and this is not shown on any chart.

Can anyone offer an explanation? I've done this little test on $SOS multiple, multiple times premarket and my order often doesn't show up and I haven't received an answer yet.
