Buying 100 shares of QQQ to sell Covered Calls

QQQ down over 25% from ATH, planning to buy 100 shares of QQQ to sell covered calls and make an extra $300 ish per week. Will use that money to then buy more QQQ shares. I'm ok with not seeing returns on the actual shares for god knows how long (don't need the money now). I just figured since I don't need the money, might as well make profit by selling options and collecting premium.
