Buying 10 stocks in one industry verse investing in an ETF?

Hey;

I'm a noob and I'm interested in semi-conductor (feel like its promising)So I bought TXN, ON, MU, ADI, NXPI, WOLF, STM, PLAB. Then, I realize there are ETF such like SOXQ/SMH/SOXX.So is it better to sell some of these individual and change to ETFs? Should I get rid of individual stock once for all or should I still keep some of them (and what should I keep even when I'm having ETF ?)
