So, Heres my DD on my Favorite Green Energy STOCK! $W_P_R_T westport Fuel Systems, I work for Cummins and my job revolves around Emissions. Cummins and westport split their joint venture, that and the Feds Increasing Rates has caused the stock to tank! This stock, in my eyes, has the largest upside of any other asset on the market as of Right now. Westport focuses on Natural Gas and Hydrogen Engines and parts for them. The split of cummins and westport was due to westport sales ethics, they are a bit more agressive than cummins would like to associate with. However, its public information that Cummins purchased 20M worth of Intellectual property from them, which in turn infused the company with cash flow. They have paid off tons of their long term debt, increased their credit standing and are ready for the next few years as America transitions to Net Zero emissions. Westport has very good engineers and smart people working for them. Cummins in 2024 is launching their Natural Gas engine line, and works hand in hand with the American government. The natural Gas engines are LOW LOW emissions and produce the same power and duty cycles as a diesel with out the need for Aftertreatments, and instead just a catalyst. Cummins publicly released an article from CEO and business segment leaders outlining the necessity to transition to NG engine in the coming years to meet EPA standard from 2030-2040. This is going to use the GREEN NEW DEAL to implement infrastructure to adapt our fueling systems to Natural Gas! These engines will be the crutch required to get to Zero Emissions engines. Its coming, there's No avoid it. This will significantly BOOST Westport's value, they will grow at an astounding rate with the new climate goals and support required of NG engines. Wesport Is currently trading under a dollar (STEAL). With peak of $12 last year, The companys also has a Market Cap of 165M. Once this company catches fire, itll be TO LATE to get in for the gains we are about to see. As the Feds pivot in the next 2 years and America comes out of its Recession, analysts suspect a 10,20,50x possibility to this company. Knowing what i know from being an insider in the industry, ive put all ive got available on the long game of this company!
