BRK – Berkshire Hathaway anyone else think of selling it or have?

Thinking of selling and buying QQQ or apple since they hold so much and it out performs it annually and with Warren getting so old it's looking less and less lucrative, add to that they are holding cash for a dip which is fair (they are far more knowledgeable than I am) but in doing do have missed out on such large amount of gains. That if one does come it won't even have been worth it.
