Between just these two companies which would be a better buy long term? SWK or TGT? Which would have a better chance at recovery?

Both stocks hasn't faired well over the last 2 years dropping to about 50% of their ATH. TGT ATH was at around $260 while SWK ATH was at around $210.

They both pay more or less the same dividends yield. 3.30% for TGT and 3.29% for SWK.

Both companies has more debt that cash.
