So far i know questrade will do it over the phone but the purchase must be a minimum of $5000 USD and commission is whichever is more between 1% or $195. IBKR has much lower fees but can't do it in a TFSA. maybe that's still the better option or there's better options than IBKR?
edit: an example for clarity is LVMHF. in questrade they have its pink sheet or something. it doesn't include the dividends. to get the normal version with the dividends you have to order it over the phone lol with those lame requirements i said.
Edit 2: in questrade you can split up the minimum $5000 USD between multiple securities. And hopefully people stop thinking I’m asking about withholding tax lmao I appreciate it though but I’m looking for a brokerage or something that will let me buy the normal version of a stock like LVMHF including its dividends without fees and requirements as bad as questrade’s
