Beneficial? If yes, then to whom? Is it even possible for a company to operate in this way?


Would it be beneficial for a company (does size make a difference in this case?) to automate its pay?
…meaning, if the company is doing let’s say 15% better today for example, than it was on Jan.1st …then my paycheck today reflects that? …if it goes down 4% tomorrow then again my pay is figured in real-time as such. The baseline is the amount I was hired in with.
Yearly Raises are in a similar manner, adjusted to meet the country’s inflation rate.
