When a substantial shareholder files to sell stock, how does the price action look?
I'm just wondering how exactly a large chunk of shares are processed when they're sold (or bought) by a CEO or a substantial shareholder. Is it automatically all sold/bought at once or is it programmed to sell a partial amount through the next several trading days so it doesn't impact stock price as much?
