Sorry if this is dumb question but I'm a finance major who wants to become an analyst one day and have been going through 10q for fun as practice, and was wondering how exactly do we determine if a company is correctly valued ( The company in this example is a REIT with over 1bil AUM and has a market cap less then 100m with little to no long term debt) thank you
