As a shareholder, I've been asked to participate in the voting process on 4/28/2022.
There are three issues to vote on, the merger with MSFT, executive officer compensation and lastly something about scheduling, if there are insufficient votes to adopt the merger agreement at the time of the special meeting.
I agree with issue one and three, but personally I do not think that the EOs should receive a bonus compensation, considering they knew about the abuse at the company.
My question is, could a negative outcome on the second issue, somehow affect the merger?
