As of 12:30 Eastern Time, bank stocks rose collectively, and JMP, BAC, and C rose more than 7%?
JMP 7.2%
BAC 7%
C 7.3%
MS 4.5%
WFC 6%
GS 4.5%
There are other banks, almost all rose, does anyone know why?
I didn't see anything very special.
This seems to indicate that a reversal is coming?
