Artificial meat dairy alternative stocks to invest in now?

Artificial meat is underwhelming now but I believe it is the future and would like to invest. Also I only invest in individual stocks with money I am willing to lose and have a good savings rate and low risk retirement investments. I don’t really care to make millions, I just want to gamble on something I think will out perform the market in 1-20 years.

As far as dairy alternatives, Danone is the only company that sticks out since it’s established and expanding into other dairy alternatives. Oatly was hugely successful at marketing but struggled way too much in operations for my money. The other big players in dairy are still private. I’m not interested in almond milk specialties. I personally believe soy milk is superior from a health perspective but obesity and Covid show that’s not everyone’s button line. What are your thoughts on dadone vs oatly besides obvious differences in risk:reward?

The artificial meat market is harder for me to get a gauge on. I’ve already invested in Tyson since they’re are hedging their future but I want more risk at this point. No matter how much I research beyond meat and meat tech and tattoo and the like, I still don’t see any one company standing out. They all seem to try to specialize in burgers steaks and frozen foods respectively but aside from this I don’t see any reason to pick one over the other. Any company y’all invested in after their fall in stock prices or believe in moving forward? I really wish there was an index fund for this category.
