Arguments for what the most undervalued big tech stock is currently?

I seriously cannot get over how far google has fallen these past few months. They had a blow out earnings, and are sitting at around -15% from their all time high

Their PE is historically cheap right now also sitting at 23!

I genuinely think google is at this point the most oversold big tech company currently!
