Argentina’s Merval index short? Does anyone know a way to short the index?

It seems like Argentina will revisit a crash similar to 2001. Their stock prices dropped -80% during that periods? Their debt to GDP ratio is not quite there but I’m curious if there is a way to be able to potentially open a future short position. If anyone knows thank you in advance
