Are there any good international mutual or index funds out there that are small cap?

I'm US-based and I'm looking to do investing on a long-term scale, but I want to invest internationally right now, because I'm in the US and I feel like the market is unpredictable until the presidential election is decided. Also, I'd prefer not to invest in an index fund full of coal companies, so even better if they have ESG standards.
