are the fees on fundrise worth it?

I'm looking into other ways of making money. I already have a few stocks and an etf fund. I was looking into real estate on fundrise and it seems like an interesting concept and I've read/watch video reviews about them. But they charge a .85 and 15% advisory fee. They say you can start off with $10, but shouldn't you put more in to make it worth it because of the fees? I was think maybe $500 and minimum invest length 5 years. I”ve seen videos on youtube were people just put in $50 but hardly seems worth it because of the fees. please explain
