Are Stocks Returning Back to Normal, Somewhat?

When we were in the midst of the downward spiral, about half a year ago, stocks would drop heavily no matter how well a company did. Now, stocks are rising rapidly when a company does well, which should be the typical reaction from the market. Contrasting these two facts, to me, either means the market is slowly making its way towards turning bull, or at the very least, the market has finally settled down and stopped overreacting.
