Are banks and financial etf/stocks the next ones set for big gains with rates going up?

Rates might still be going up for a while . Credit card debt is up. Economy relatively strong for a while. Housing market still high demand.

Wouldn’t financial institutions like Wells Fargo Jp Morgan be good bets now?
