Anyone looking at TGT these days?

I’ve been watching TGT implode for the last few months. I didn’t like it at $130, but a sub-12 NTM PE range could be interesting ($85ish). I think it really hinges on how much gas consumers have in the tank. Any thoughts on this one or is it Bud Light level toxic?
