Anyone else get letters in the mail from AST regarding the OGIG ETF?

So I got a letter from AST saying I urgently need to contact them regarding the OGIG ETF. I ignored the first letter and just got another one in the mail saying I never contacted them and again urgently need to..

I have concerns of this being a scam considering if it was so urgent, they would have called me.
I imagine I'm not the only one still holding this ETF so thought I'd check here if anyone has also received a letter like this. Googled it and couldn't find any info.
