I’m looking at ticket APTV. On one of my news feed it said the flowing: “Wolfe research adjusts price target on Aptiv to $89 from $101, maintains outperform rating.”
My question is, why would an analyst have a lower price target yet not downgrade the rating? Is it saying this stock would outperform relative to its peers?
