AMC a letter I sent to social influencers

I have sent this to influencers. I’m not trying to be a shill. I voted “no, no, no”. I’m looking for educated discussion with supporting rational, not immaturity and slander.

(Influencer)

I understand you are locked into your position on the vote and AA. I get it, I've been locked in on things and can be very stubborn as well.

You influence a lot of people, like it or not, there is a level of responsibility with that.

I am asking you to do a few things if you could please. Please do it with an open mind and understand the best people can see both sides. I don’t need a response.

  1. How does your stance on the vote actually help the squeeze? What quantifiable affect forces it? Is it possible you are frustrated and feel like we just have to do something?

  2. Do you believe amc has exhausted all options and will go bankrupt if this vote comes back no? Why do they need to authorize 267% dilution? That is insanely huge. That number is based on proxy material of about 150 million post split shares, and authorizing 550 million shares. That is authorized dilution of 400 million shares. If we use pre ape numbers, that mathematically is like us authorizing 5 billion shares to the original 500 million amc shares.

3 why would he dilute and sell ape to a predatory lender at under a dollar? Then make an announcement about converting the shares, forcing up the ape price and Antara locking in profits? Did he really cut debt at a discount, or did he gift a ton of dilution equity to Antara for votes? My opinion is the sale was terrible for the company, the investors, and only benefited the predatory lender.

  1. If the company is as broke as he says, how is he investing in popcorn, a gold mine, looking at acquisitions. Once again, in my opinion, acquisitions can be good, but I believe they should require an independent shareholder vote which is typical for most mergers and acquisitions.

  2. I have some experience with RS companies and it is literally never good for investors. I've lost on a few and it was between 50-100% loss. If my math is right about the dilution, we’ll maintain right around 27% of our pre split value meaning a 73% loss

I hope you read this with an open mind, actually think about the game theory and investment theory and look at the likely outcomes of both sides. This is a big deal, it will cost investors millions.

Nothing but respect,
(My name)
