I started investing few months ago and would love to get some suggestions how to stop looking at your portfolio again and again although I’m investing for long term.I have invested about 6k$ and down 30%.

Amd-1000$,
Tsla-400$,
Aapl-550$,
Msft-400$,
Upst-500$,
Coin-400$,
Fb-350$,
Shop-400$,
Uipath-350$,
Google-500$,
Brk.A-500$,
I’m planning to invest 5k more into these companies and would like to know is it ok?Would love any different ideas or suggestions. I’m an aggressive investor so I don’t invest in indexes.
