Am I a beneficial or registered share owner?

I’ve been searching everywhere, but I haven’t found a satisfactory answer, so… 🤷‍️ and I really want to know who’s going to send me the voting info and fun stuff.

I bought some PFE stock through a Chilean platform called Racional (I’m Chilean and I live in Chile). It uses DriveWealth for the international transactions. We buy dollars at the Racional app, and those dollars are in a JP Morgan Chase account that Racional opens for us.

According to Racional’s website, we buy direct shares. And our investments are operated and guarded on our behalf by DriveWealth. That might point me towards beneficial ownership, however, I asked Racional about how could I attend and vote at a Pfizer shareholder meeting. The community manager told me that in my case (it depends on the company) I could vote through email, phone and Computershare’s platform (InvestorVote).

I have a transaction confirmation document issued by DriveWealth. It has my account number, my full name, my address and an alphanumerical code of an account executive. This document also has the trade date (May 16th) and the settlement date (May 18th). The whole shares are under agent capacity and the wee piece of a share is under principal capacity.

I’m a noob investor (who wants to take her shares to the crematorium anyways) and I’m confused AF 🥲
