Advice or criticism on this long term (withdrawing half in 30 years, rest will be locked away from 80+ years)

VTI, SCHD @20%
SCHB @15%
VOO, APPL, GOOGL @10%
TQQQ, AMD @5%
5% cash left over Incase market dips in the future.

I am making a portfolio for my family, I'm pretty young and will use some of it when I retire if dividends alone won't pay for my living expenses which at most could be half. The rest I will be locking away for future generations or to donation if my kids don't have their own kids.
So very long term is the goal. I know it might be hard to predict that far into the future, but that is my plan. Let me know what you think and if you have any advice for me!
