Advice on Traditional IRA

Hey r/stocks!

When I first got into investing, my boss at the time advised me on a couple index funds including SDIV. Since 2017, I've made 4 big investments into SDIV and reinvested every dividend, DCA'ing as the index keeps dropping. For a while, I thought it was great. Free money every month. As of today, on this particular index, I'm down 53% ($9500).

Do I cut my losses, sell, and put into something better (like what?), OR should I wait it out for the long term and see if it goes up, since it's in the Traditional IRA and I can't withdraw it anyway?

Thanks!
