Activision Blizzard

Just wanted to ask if there is a reason not to sell Activision right now.

As far as I know the buyout from Microsoft is 95 Dollars a share and the current price is a little over 94 Dollars.Even if it's unlikely the deal won't go through there is still a chance and I personally don't think it's worth it to wait it out.

Am I correct that i would get a maximum of 95 Dollars a share if the deal goes through or am I missing something?
