I know that ABB is a pretty big electronics company, notably in EV charging and electric grid infrastructure.
EV Charging: As electric vehicle sales continue to grow exponentially and more and more automakers are rolling out EVs and phasing out internal combustion, charging infrastructure is going to go under huge demand to keep up with the switch over to EVs.
Grid infrastructure: demand for electric power has been growing very quickly, thanks to the AI boom and electric vehicles rolling out. Additionally with more renewable energy being added, the supply of power is less constant. Because of this, it’s possible that the electric grid will need to go under a lot of changes to be able to handle the more erratic changes in the supply/demand curve of electricity.
