A good money market fund like iShares Treasury Floating Rate Bond ETF (TFLO), but with growth instead of yield?

Hey fellow investors!

I buy TFLO when I feel the stock market (individual company stock, SnP 500) is correcting / about to correct. Basically move my money from the stock market to a place where I will get small guarenteed returns.

A small problem with TFLO is that it gives me cash in return. I don't want the cash. I want it keep growing until I feel its time to move this money to the stock market.

Is there an ETF like TFLO that gives me growth instead of yield? Instead of the ~5% yield, I would prefer to have 5% growth.
