I had 125 shares of PENN, last week I purchased 25 more, however, this week I sold the 25 at a loss because of the margin requirements in RH. Now, I understand this loss would be disallowed because of the wash-sale rule. I want to sell the remaining 125, also at a loss, but will the loss also be disallowed?
