sell the winners buy the index?

As it is discussed here right now in a different thread I was wondering if this would really be a good move.

I bought Amgen, PG, JnJ, Dow, WPC, Vici, Abbv, WM and KO in past 6 month – all of them still up. Well tower, Mowi, BYD, Allianz and Munich RE, Duke are also greens still.

I like all of them and don't really want to sell but then again people say stocks are not like soccer clubs and that it is too many too keep track.

Since I am in EU I will pay capital gains on everything (~27%)
