Remember 3com/Palm Pilot? Probably not. They’re defunct now, but had a huge cult following in the 90s and were believed to be the future. The dot com bubble really shaked things out.
What makes Tesla (Elon cult), Coinbase (corn cult) or ARKK favorites (Cathie cult) any different than all these companies with crazy followings that are no longer around?
Why should Tesla be trading at such a valuation that makes Google look like a value stock?
