Is there a site to find a stocks history of spin-offs, non cash dividends, etc?

For example, recently AT&T spun off Warner media and every T shareholder got 0.24 shares of WBD.

Is there a site that would show me a history of all of these types of transactions? Basically anything thats a return to the shareholder, but wouldn't be seen in a standard historical listing of cash dividends or stock splits.
